Payment,  including shipping charges is due at checkout.


Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped and received within 5-7 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control. 

Items that are personalized will require extra time, but our goal is to provide excellent customer service and quick turnaround time of these beautiful gifts! 


Simply return a product for a refund or exchange. Please include your name, order number, and item requested for exchange.  All returns must be received within 30 days of order date. 

As soon as product(s) are received, a refund or exchange will be made.
